Any experience with desmopressin??

Please, does any of you have experience with the drug desmopressin?

I would be very pleased if any of you who knows something about desmopressin, could give me some advice, and share your experience.

Desmopressin is sold in Denmark under the name of Minirin.

Unfortunately, I have to get up very often during the night, - and my neurologist has now adviced me to take Minirin 0,1 mg, in order for me to get more continuous hours of sleep during the night. It is not a large amount, but my legs have been quite swollen. And I am not certain I am getting the desired result.
