Guest guest
Does anyone out there want to buddy up for a few days to get a jump start on getting back to eating right and losing again? I'm open to suggestions about how to approach it. Off the top of my head, we might diary for a couple of days and show them to each other to get input . Then we can go on to an agreed upon jump start plan for a few days or on individual plans. Christmad is 10 days away. That might give us a good goal. I need to break this sugar habit I've had fir the past three weeks. Any takers??? Guest guest
Hi Vicki! I'm game!!! I posted my surgeon's jump start plan, which is generally a 10 day plan. I am willing to go on that if you are. I posted it on the Grad Board but if you need it again, let me know. Ten days is perfect and we could do it then. I would like to lose 5 lbs. I know, it doesn't sound like much, but with the proteins, it will help regulate my blood sugar. My daughters are going to Seattle on the 26th, and we are going to DisneyLand for a " second " honeymoon, as I really don't remember too much about my first one in February because I was so weak and sick from protein malnutrition and anemia. So, we are going to go again so I can actually have some energy to do things! And of course, not totally FREEZE to death like I did then and have to sit down all the time....
