Dear Liz, skin sensitivity is also a sign of Lupus. My aunt has it and has to

cover up all summer. Medications can also cause it. Talk about being between

a rock and a hard place. Dermatologist says sunlight for the dermatistis and

pcp says watch it. It's a twisted place we live in....Ha...Sue

Sandy, I don't know, but when I was being diagnosed I

had to see a dermatologist, as a rash was part of my

original symptoms, and he kept saying: stay out of the

the sun, the sun is not your friend, wear a hat, stay

out of the sun..... Also some immunosupressants make

you sun sensitive. May be wear a strong sun block?

Love Liz
