When my son was about four years old, he became a very fussy eater, and I asked his doctor how to deal with it. The doctor looked at my son and asked if he liked ice cream. When the boy said he did, the doctor said, " Good, eat a lot of it; it is full of good things for you. " And with that he ushered us out of the office for that visit.
