Guest guest
Carol L., your explanation sure made sense to me. I started to cut back as the OH was a real problem after I ate. Then I noticed that whenever I ate, hours later I still felt as if I had just eaten. Then the gastric reflex began and I really began cutting back. Now I just eat a fraction of what I used to and I'm satisfied. (LOL, wish I could have eaten this was before, I'd never had a weight problem). Guest guest
Dodie, The best solution, which I forgot to mention, is frequent small meals. This helps with the OH and the fullness. Rob always makes sure one of his " small meals " is ice cream :-). His favorite is Ben and Jerry's -- pretty much any flavor will do but he does like Cherry , World's Best Vanilla, and Chunky Monkey. (But not my favorite, Chubby Hubby!) Carol & Rob Lexington, MA ..gastric fullness... > Carol L., your explanation sure made sense to me.
