I want to thank everyone for responding to Bobbie's thigh lift questions. I

have an appointment with my ps again on the 19th and then surgery on the

30th, if I don't chicken out. I will be having a tt and thigh lift (if I

have the terms down right). Now I have more questions for the doctor.

The best point that someone else brought up, and that I think I said before,

is that NEVER think a plastic surgeon, even a very good one, can read your

mind and know what bothers you the most.

Don't assume that a tt will get rid of the roll that bothers you the most.

Or a butt-lift will get rid of handle. It can be embarrassing, but so what.

They'll probably never see you too much again anyway.

Say it at the first meeting, the pre-op, the morning of the surgery before

you're out. And like the other person said, tell the nurses too.
