I did find where my doctor is , but (Milburn New Jersey) but, through the

A.M.A. site , I also found that only his home address is listed and I can not

find from telephone information where he has an office. One theory is- maybe

he is working for a drug company of which there are quite a few in that area.

His name is (was?) Dr. Lee Kaufman
