Hehehe - I need this to try and keep me honest. I am working at home today.

Let's just see how we stack by...let's see...noon:

6:30 - 2 slices bacon, 1 cup coffee

8:30 - 1 cup golden grahams, 1/2 cup milk

9:00 - protein shake

11:00 - 3 small maple sugar leaf candies

12:00 - large slice pizza, 24 oz. water

On the plus side, this is 56 grams of protein. It is, however, almost 900

calories. Hmmm - if I was dieting, this would mean that I have just enough

left for two more protein shakes for the rest of the day. That seems

unlikely, but maybe I'll just fill that water glass up again....
