Guest guest Posted December 16, 2002 Report Share Posted December 16, 2002 I have always made my own salad dressing and whenever we go somewhere, I am always asked to bring the salad and my " special dressing " . It can be made to fit atkins or ww. It is a sweet dressing, and many times has saved me from eating something else. I don't have exact measures, but, make it to taste how you like it. Atkins - mayonaise, splenda, whipping cream, paprika - low carb WW - ultra low fat miracle whip, splenda, skim milk, paprika - low fat Not only do I use it on salads, but right now my lunch is a chicken breast, dipped in the no carb style. I also mix it with my salmon, tuna,,,,it takes away that craving for something 'sweet. I keep a batch made up for quick access...Enjoy.
