I have UHC insurance PPO plan and they approved my abdominoplasty and

breast lift within half an hour. By the time I got home from the ps

office, there were two messages on my machine, one from the ps saying I

was approved and one from the insurance company stating the same thing.

Dr. didn't go by weight or BMI, just the flab that was hanging down to

the middle of my thigh and the fact that I had a pinched nerve in my

back helped things along. Still have about 15-20 to go before I hit my

personal goal. With everything else going on, not going to stress over

it. Spent too much of my life stressing over my weight. Refuse to do it

anymore.

Oh Regina!! My new best friend, at least yntil I read the next post.

I have UHC PPO too! Maybe there's hope after all.

UHC was incredible about the wls...just like you said, quick and

easy. I'll cross my fingers for the next phase.

BTW, I haven't even gotten a list of ps in my area. My wls surgeon

is out of area. I'm wondering how to go about it.
