Guest guest
I was off to a good start this morning but as a few of you have stated today, once we are out and about things seem to get hairy. I was good until the time between lunch and dinner. Even though I have a planned snack it seems as if I just can't stick to things during that time. I am going to try to prepare for tomorrow alittle differently by making sure I always have something healthy on hand. I am determined to do this. Now I have to find a place to stash the cookies I baked over the weekend since they are calling my name, BIG TIME!!!!....lol Thank you for being here... Guest guest
OK , cough it up. Give us the blow by blow- what you ate and what you were doing when the food snuck into your mouth.. I've already noticed 2 major pitfalls...watching TV and shopping when I'm hungry. I'll post tomorrow since it's only 5:30 pm and I'm hitting the danger zone now. However, I did just steam a pound of green beans and have them in a bowl....my emergency potato chip subs! I'll marinate any extras, if there are any, w/ no fat italian dressing so I'll have a flavor punched snack tomorrow. Then was sick for a coupla hours. 7:40pm: Three Cheeder Cheese Quakes (mini rice cakes). 9:10pm: 1 1/2 cups sugar free ice cream with walnuts in sugar free syrup. 11:00pm: 3/4 bag of apple cinnamon microwave popcorn. 11:20pm: 1/2 cup sugar free vanilla ice cream with the syrup walnuts. I think I'm finished for tonight.... My pouch hurts...LOL....Oh BTW: I've had about six or seven cans of diet dr. pepper today also. rlogle@... www.geocities.com/rogle32/ AIM: rlogleeln Open RNY: Sept. 26, 2001: 204 lbs gone. I appreciate your honesty here, but I think we can say that you're not the poster boy for WLS! LOL But, why is it that even when our pouches hurt, we continue to push the limits? And, I'm sure most of us are guilty of this at some time or another. I did just that last night at my girlfriend's house with an amazing piece of chocolate cream pie. My stomach later said to me, " Will you stop it with this sh*t already!?! " in NJ
Guest guest
There is no real food here either.... ________________________________________________ Well you're right about that... I can fix that... Easy.... I'll just have to eat three meals a day... The only problem is that when I do that, eating three meals a day I mean, I lose weight, I mean I lose weight quickly... I can't afford to lose anymore weight, I'm already underweight for my height. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------ Adderall and all of that caffein. __________________________________________________ I could probably cut out some of the diet dr. pepper. Can't cut the Amphetamines out, my life turns to hell without 'em... If you've ever seen a child with ADD then you can imagine what this would do to an adult that has no one to reel them in. Thanks for the thoughts, that's what we all need.... My big thing is to get my eating right, in a way to maintain my weight. Guest guest
Randy, I stopped paying attention to the soda pop horror stories long ago. I agree with you (as does my doctor). Pop is fine, but beware of the empty calories a non-diet soda contains. I drink only diet and enjoy every sip. Gayle ________ The Diet Dr. Peppers, which have worried some, is typical, well actually it's not, I usually have a few more.. I have received several e-mails with all but death threats because the persons thought I made it look like it was okay to drink soda's, that maybe I was saying that people can drink the soda's and still be thin.... Well hell, they can...
