Except, of course, that little nighttime digression, but hey, we're only human, right? I'm telling you, that window of opportunity stuff is crap. It's just that time that the weight usually just melts off, but many doctors make it sound like it's a now or never proposition. That's just not true! What they should be telling us is that after that 18-24 months, you'll have to work at it like " normal " people. But, because we will never really be normal, having a disease that's just in remission, we can gain more easily than true normies. That's just the nature of a disease, and we have to understand it and deal with it as best we can. Good luck, in NJ
Guest guest
Sharon, Looks good to me. The only thing I might suggest is the pm snack...put the peanut butter on whole grain toast and put a few drops of caramel ice cream topping on it for the same effect, fewer calories and more fiber. But heck, it's impossible to be stringent forever and all in all, your eating looks reasonable, even darn good to me. Where's the exercise? Keep it up. Guest guest
You could put the peanut butter on slices of granny smith apple - great fiber and healthy carbs!
