Living off sweets and totally bonkers about popcorn. Journaling, while not knocking out all my munching, is at least making me a little more aware of what I'm doing. I wasn't getting any " real " food either! I was blaming my lethargy on the rainy weather, but you helped me realize I probably was/am not feeding by body any energy food. And THANK YOU for pointing out that health, not weight, is the issue. Just because a person is below goal doesn't mean they are practicing a healthy lifestyle. And you are right on...there's no telling that what you take for granted now won't bite you in the butt in a couple of years. You seem to be on track...you're aware. Kudos, Vicki A.
