Guest guest
I just got this message today from the President of the board of one of the migrant health centers in my region. I wonder if anyone has good ideas or resources to address this issue. We have a 1/2 and 1/2 board made up of Spanish speaking (They know more English than we do Spanish) and English. We have a great deal of trouble getting documents translated and ready for meetings, and etc., and then having interpreters at the meetings. Additionally, this creates very long meetings. How do other clinics Handle these problems? Have you encountered any tips/suggestions or Success stories for making the board meetings an efficient use of time for all? Kay Sologaistoa, M.S.
