Okay, yesterday was a horrible day so I'm coming " clean " .

5 am coffee

7 am protein shake

10:30 am 1/2 bagel, no butter, with cream cheese

noon - Spaghetti factor for a meeting so had a little spaghetti, a small

slice a bread, a few bites of salad, a few sips of water, very uncomfortable

from the pasta, and two bites of chocolate cake (extremely rich and yuck)

a few sips of water in the afternoon

6 pm protein shake during drive home

8 pm stir fried chicken and veggies about 1/2-3/4 cup if that.

930 pm protein shake

I don't get it. Why was this a bad day? It's not " perfect " but it

looks reasonable to me. In fact, it would be a successful day for me.

Am I missing something?

It wasn't a good day in that I need to have 5 shakes a day and only had three.

I also did not eat often enough and had problems with hypoglycemia. I ate

MOSTLY carbs, rather than protein. I need to eat every 2-3 hours, and I had

long gaps of nothing.... therefore, not a very good day for me.
