Guest guest
I, too, was worried about this and asked my OS. He said that he was not going to move by lower back as much as move my upper forward. He said that this would improve my profile the best. I also had assymetry in my lower jaw so it had to be moved either way. Ask your OS when you go to see him what procedure would be best for you. Also, after surgery you will probably be so swollen that you will look like you have a double chin. Don't let that discourage you, that will go away in time. I am swollen from my eyes to my shoulders! Good Luck ~Cathy double chin After correcting an underbite, do people develop double chins? Guest guest
Can't advise on that, exactly, but can tell you that some docs also do liposuction under the chin while they're doing jaw surgery. Ask yours... that would be the best suggestion. cammie > After correcting an underbite, do people develop double chins?
