Guest guest
Sherry P, so glad you joined us. I know how scarey it is to be diagnosed with Rp, not just for your husband, but for you as well. We have alot of spouses that are members. Please ask all the questions you want. Just jump right in. You are now an official member of the family. LOL However we can help, we will be here for you and your husband. Just remeber, getting diagnosed is half the battle. Tell us a little about yourself and your husband. Is he on any medications, where is his Rp flaring, etc. You will find alot of support and alot of concern. This should ease some of your worry. AND...we'll make you laugh alot. LOL Thanks for feeling able to join us...Can't wait to get to know you better. Lots of hugs and a warm welcome. C

What are the drs. doing? I've had plenty who have tried to mess with me and it's no fun. Finding the right team of drs. I think is the hardest part. Please let us know what we can do to help. Where do you live. Maybe someone in the group know of a dr near you. hugs

Guest guest
Sherry P. Welcome to the group! Sorry you were afraid to participate sooner. We are like one big family here. Everyone just tries to help one another understand this stupid RP and get each other through the hard spots. Jump in anytime and post please. Ask all the questions you would like. Tell us a little about yourself and your husband. My name is Glenda and I have had RP for over 7yrs. I live in Oregon and am 44yrs old. I have two grown children and am raising my five year old granddaughter. I have been married for almost 27yrs to the same man.LOL The RP has been good to me as far as RP goes. I work a 40 plus hour a week job and to look at me you can't tell I have RP. As long as I take my meds and try to take care of my self....NO Stress..... I do pretty good. Take care and please post and let us know or as all you like someone will help you! Lots of love Glenda Hi guys, Sent this message once before, but I think I had the address wrong.
