The exercising is working!!!

I weighed this morning at work.....162#! That is exactly half of what

I weighed preop!

I thought my weight loss was done, but I started working out 12/1 -

we bought an elliptical machine and weights to get fit. I have worked

out 10 times in the last 20 days and am losing again! WOOHOOO!

Over the last 20 days I have spent approx. 165 minutes on the

elliptical machine, and have done an extensive weight lifting routine

the last 7 workouts of about an hour each...and it is working!

WOOHOOO (doing the naked dance- anyone remember that from years gone

by?)

My BMI has went from 50.1 to 24.6!!! (according to bmi calculator on

obesityhelp.com) I am FINALLY in the " desireable " BMI Range!!

Me too! I can't wait. I also went to a lunchtime Christmas party at this

awesome restaurant. It turned out to be a mostly liquid lunch for all, but I

have my wonderful doggie bag ready to be heated up for dinner, cause I'm

starved! LOL I just love doggie bags. )

Bremerton where the Naval Shipyard is. That is where I am and right now I am

feeling no pain. I Have always loved Fridays, especially at the Holidays.

Dang... I could be there in an hour... Except for this dumb thing called

work... And I don't like Kenny G either. LOL!

We really should have a Western Washington grads get-together one of

these days, there are a lot of us. But my daughter and I ARE going to

Debbie's in Gig Harbor for Christmas afternoon, and I'm excited about

that. :-)

Ok, Old timer going to step in here and reiterate a behavior modification

tool. Eat whatever you want. As much as you want. But, take one bite, LAY

DOWN YOUR FORK AND CHEW, CHEW, CHEW. IT TAKES 15 MINUTES FOR YOUR STOMACH TO

TELL YOUR BRAIN IT'S FULL!!!. I promise, if you will do this, you won't feel

guilty tomorrow, and you'll get everything you want tonight.
