Hi glenda

Well i guess that goes for me too. I use to do a lot

of walking, and I do mean a lot. It was nothing for me

to walk ten miles a day on friday , saturday, and

sunday, then during the weekdays at least 5 or 6 a

day. and these were clock miles so i knew what i was

doing. But since i have been sick i haven't been able

to do that and i reaaly do miss it. I just don't seem

to have the strength to make it. I try i really do and

i get so upset when i have to stop. But even when i

was doing all the waling i still had high colostral.

I was even eating a very low, low, low, fat diet, No

red meat at all, and maybe 10 to 20 grams of fat a

day. I lost about 60 lbs and 10 dress sizes but my

colostral still stayed at the 225 mark to 250 and that

was the lowest it has been in years. Dr. said it was

a genetic thing and I could eat cardboard and still

have high colosteral. dawn

Hi, I know what your saying, had such a good day yesterday went shopping,

took dog to groomer, stopped for lunch. Today my hips, feet, shoulders hurt

like heck. So I guess my lesson is enjoy the good days and tolerate the next

one. Love, Sue
