Hi

Thanks for checking the Krilex web site and for your input.. it means a lot

to me... I was questioning the glucosamine also, but I think it's the

chondroitin which builds the cartilage.. the glucosamine is more of an

anti-inflammatory... I may be wrong though. Krilex is supposed to regulate

the immune system, not boost it, otherwise I wouldn't take it.

I'll let you know more, as I find out more.

It's very hot and humid here as well.. Saturday was a real killer.. it got

up to 80+ and 100+ with the 100% humidity... had the A/C on all day long and

did nothing but lounge around and drink ice cold water...

It wasn't so bad today, we had a thunderstorm during the night and cooled

off somewhat, but still kinda hot.. only about 89 with 100% humidity... LOL
