Nose bleeds and sensitive gums

I had upper jaw surgery mid-December to shorten the upper jaw. I've

recently been experiencing mild nose bleeds.. and my front gums are

still 'tingly' when I brush my teeth.

Anyone else experience this?

I had the tinglies for quite awhile. The gums seem to take a long

time to come back. Now I have the tickles in my upper palate.

I'd check in with someone about the mild nose bleeds, that doesn't

sound normal to me. I only had blood from the nose while standing up

in hospital, I soon learned to keep my head up!
