Guest guest
Vermont is located north of Massachusetts, bordered on the east by New Hampshire, on the west by New York and on the north by Canada. Vermont became the 14th state to enter the union. The capitol os Montepelier. There are six cities in Vermont and 13 counties. The major industry is farming. The natives are conservative and like the state to remain as it always has been, a beautiful quiet and proud place.
Guest guest
Hi Jill, Vermont ( " The Green Mountain State " ) is a beautiful mountainous state in the Northeastern part of the US known as New England. It's situated beside the state of New Hampshire and above the state of Massachusetts. It also borders on the province of Quebec in Canada just to the north. http://www.newenglandinns.com/dbpages/index.cfm http://www.1-800-vermont.com/ I wish I were going to Vermont this weekend... love it there. Hugs, Pam Where is Vermont > > > As one of you may know 's boyfriend Gareth is working this summer at a pirate theme park near Boston. Guest guest
Just one addition: .... like the state to remain as it always has been -- a beautiful quiet and proud place filled with beautiful, quiet and proud people! Been there as a kid. Though the communities tend to be close (not all that outgoing to newcomers in the area), they are very polite and helpful. And they are a proud people. Proud of their state, proud of their work. Good place. Regards, =jbf= B. Fisher
