getting upper jaw surgery in August

Hi everyone!!

I just got my braces on about 4 weeks ago and I am getting a LeFort 1

osteotomy and genioplasty in August. Please email me and tell me how

long it will take before I can live a normal life after my surgery.

If you have any advice on what I should do to prepare for it I would

appreciate that also or if you have had the surgery and are post op

please tell me about your experience. I really appreciate any

feedback I can get. I am a little scared and do not really know what

to expect.
