I have lost over 100 lbs. but have not weighed since last July, I feel so much better but still need to lose more-at least 50 lbs. I am 49, married to a wonderful, supportive, man and between us we have 4 children, 1 grandchild and one on the way. I am anxious to learn how people that are further out are doing.
