Guest guest
Hi Kris, I'm way past surgery & recovery now, so it's not an issue for me. But I do supplement my breakfast cereal with psyllium (when I have time to eat it, that's why I like the bran wafers, because I can easily grab them and have them as part of my lunch). I forget the brand name, but the company that makes Bran buds up here also makes them with psyllium. I just sprinkle a handful over my cereal of choice. They do print a caution on the back of the package, though, for people who work in the health care profession. Apparently exposure to psyllium through work can cause one to develop an allergy to it. Thanks for the tip, though. I'm sure someone will benefit from it. > > > There is a wonderful herbal tea called Smooth Move (aptly named) > it > > > is made by Traditional medicinals teas (yogi teas has one also > > called > > > laxtea I believe).
