Guest guest
Hello : Gee! I seem to be good at getting some people curiousity up here lately. ) Fred was DX by a doctor in Brea. He put 1 + 1 together and came up with MSA. It wasn't right away. At first he was DX with PD and put on the med's for that, but after six months the DX was changed to MSA. He was in the hospital with pneumonia last September and seen by another doctor there. That doctor also agreed that it was MSA. Fred is progressing and I don't think it will be to long until his in his w/c full time. We take each day as it comes. We thank God for all the blessing that his has given us. The ones we asked for and the ones he just gave to us out of his goodness. One of those was finding this group. I still don't understand how I found it, but I do know he had a hand in it. He knew I needed to be here. Take Care Vera OK VERA... YOU'VE GOT MY CURIOUSITY UP NOW. : Fred has never had any of these kinds of test. He was DX with just his symptom's , ??? DIAGNOSED WITH JUST HIS SYMPTOMS??? WHERE? BY WHOM? I CHECKED OUT PAM'S BOOKMARKS PAGE A LITTLE WHILE AGO... I HAVE NEARLY EVERY SYMPTOM ON THERE, AND THEN SOME! I WAS DIAGNOSED IN APRIL AT MAYO WITH AUTONOMIC NEUROPATHY, BUT THEY SAID NOTHING ABOUT MSA. THIS IS POSSIBLY BECAUSE THE PARKINSONIAN SYMPTOMS WERE NOT CONSISTENT AT THAT TIME. by this test It must show them where to start looking. One more needle in the hay stack. YEP, OR ONE MORE FEATHER IN THE CAP. AS I THINK I SAID, MY NEURO AT MAYO DID A SIMILAR TEST, AND THAT WAS LIKELY PART OF HIS REASONING FOR DIAGNOSING WITH AUTONOMIC NEUROPATHY. ALL I KNOW IS, MY BODY IS MESSED UP, AND GETTING WORSE, AND THEY SEEM TO KNOW LITTLE ABOUT WHY OR WHAT TO DO. (IN A NUTSHELL) > > Take Care > Vera THANKS. YOU TOO. GOD CONTINUES TO BLESS ME, AS HE DOES US ALL - IF WE'LL JUST OPEN OUR EYES TO SEE IT. PAUL AKA PULA
