Guest guest
Hi Pam : I also found this one from Relles. It may also be the one your looking for. Take Care Vera Take 1 cup of dry senna leaves and add to 2 quarts of water. Bring to a boil and steep for about 1hour. Then strain into an enamel pan and cook 2 pounds of prunes (figs or raisins are OK, too) in the tea, adding more water if necessary. Store in the refrigerator in a glass gallon jar. Do not use a metal container. Dosage is the number of prunes needed to do the job. I would suggest 2-3 at bedtime for a start. It may be sufficient.
