I think this is what you want. Tricia Jensen ( post # 13897 & 13898) put it in a year or so ago. She put two in and I've posted both here.

> Steep the tea for five minutes in 3 1/2 C. of boiling water. Strain. Cut

> the fruit into small pieces. To two cups of tea, add the fruit and boil

> for 5 minutes. Add the sugar and lemon juice. Cool. Put mixture in food

> processor. Divide into small portions (1 or 2 T.), wrap in foil or place

> tiny containers and freeze. Take 1 or 2 T. daily.

> Power Pudding

> 2 1/2 cups (1 lb) Dates

> 3 cups Prune Juice

> 2 1/2 cups (3/4 lb) Figs

> 3 cups (1 1/2 lbs) raisins

> 2 1/2 cups (1 lb) pitted prunes

> Method:

> Simmer dates and prune juice until dates are very soft.

> Put date mixture in chopper or food processor and add

> raisins, prunes and figs. Chop until the mixture is a fairly

> paste. Keep in an air tight container in the refrigerator
