There is a voice enhancer available. One needs to be tested, but from what I've been told if a person can be understood this device is wonderful. I do not know the name, but there is a testing center at University of Calfiornia, Los Angeles (UCLA). Perhaps a local speech therapist would know the exact details. I'd certainly give it a try!
