Guest guest Posted July 21, 2002 Report Share Posted July 21, 2002 Pat, my husband had many of the symptoms you describe and was diagnosed from cranial autopsy with MSA - (OPCA, and SND) He never displayed OH. He lived 13 years from the time we first detected something was amiss. At first he was diagnosed with PD, then later PSP, and after death, MSA. Probably because he didn't seem to have OH, that diagnosis was only mentioned in passing when he was still alive. He was in a wheel chair for 5 or 6 years and on a feeding tube for 4.
