Guest guest
Would like to welcome another new member, ioannakika (AT) yahoo (DOT) Glad that you found us, but sorry you need us. We are a very informal group. There are so many members who can answer your questions or guide you in the right direction. Please ask as many questions as you want. Tell us a little about yourself too. Please just jump right in. I live in Calif and am 49. Have been dx since 1999 but had my first flare in 1998. We are all different and the RP affects us all differently and we take different meds. Such a strange disease. Again welcome, can't wait to get to know you better. Guest guest
Welcome to the most wonderful group of people you will ever meet. Sorry to hear that you or a loved one have RP. We are all here for you. We all ask questions, moan and groan, laugh and cry, and just be there for each other when we are needed. I am 44 yrs old I live in Oregon. I am the happily married mother of two grown children and am raising my 5 almost 6 yr. old granddaughter. I only have RP so I am pretty lucky. I lead a pretty normal life (Okay so it's been alittle crazy lately) and have been able to keep working and doing pretty much what I used to do before the RP. I have had RP for at least 8 years now. Please post and let us get to know you! Ask all the questions you would like there are enough of us out her that someone will be able to answer your questions or know where to point you to get them. Take care and know we are here for you! Lots of Love Glenda > Would like to welcome another new member, ioannakika (AT) yahoo (DOT) > > Glad that you found us, but sorry you need us. Guest guest
and all, I'll bet this is the lady I've been writing to that is looking for answers for her cat. She wrote me again and ask if anyone knew of a clinic that specialized in cats, but I assume she meant in Italy. I think that's where she's from. I do work a vet that is called " Vets To Cats". They only see cats and will ask them about RP in cats when I go there on Weds. If this is the Ioanna that I have been writing to, WELCOME to our group. I told you there was a great deal of knowledge here and hopefully, one of us can help you and your cat. Guest guest
Hi, I believe when the cat problem first came up someone did answer it. It was a medication that started with "tri----." To be honest I'm a dog person and didn't pay alot of attention, very sorry...Sue
