Guest guest
Sorry, i have had trouble posting lately. Can you tell me what meds you are on- some may mask symptoms. the psych disorder they screen for are people who give themselves insulin injections - for what reason i do not know- maybe attention. this is routine. If you contact me offline i will hook you up with my doctors. I am actually a medical researcher and am interested in doing my own study on that - two cases can be a study and you can study yourself. Plus i don't want you to get more sick from it over time. i had it since i was a young teenager but it did not become a serious health hazard til this last year- i am not allowed to drive etc. We can compare notes offline and then share our similarities and differences with the group later. The physiatrist i see has one other patient with it. Mind you, this is a very rare symptom. when you get the time- email me some basic facts about yourself if you comfortable doing so, about your medical history. YOu do not have to tell me things that make you uncomfortable - but you can be vague for example - post traumatic stress - trauma in childhood etc. Meds, demographics, symptoms, whatever you can think of. Meanwhile - try to keep it to atleast 50. Ask your dr. if any of your meds could be masking the symptoms. If he does not know- find someone who does. The cold extremities are dangerous too- can lead to gangrene. I get this too- don't even know my body parts are not healing. Can be Raynauds or neuropathy. Symptoms all similar to diabetes. Are you on Neurontin? Be well, Waverley
