Guest guest
i found seeing other people's progress really helps in getting through this whole process. I've been keeping track of my own progress through pictures as well. I quickly put a few up, nothing fancy I'm afraid but just an idea of how things are coming along. I only have a few profile pics but will get more up soon when i get the chance. they are on my site: http://geocities.com/lucyharrisjh/surgerypics right now I am 11 days post op. I have barely any pain left, just a little achy at night and in the morning. still banded shut with splint but that comes out on monday(day 14). I'm still swollen especially in the front around the cheeks, nose, chin areas. I have sensation of various degrees in about 90%(guess?) of my face. No sensation on half of my upper and half of my lower lips, a spot on my chin, and a small area under my eyes. The bruising is comletely gone. Still getting tired and weak easily but nowhere near as bad as last week. okay sorry for the rambling! ~Lynne

Guest guest
Looks like you're doing soooo well! Congratulations. And isn't it fascinating to watch that new face emerge? Take care, go slow and be patient. It only gets better from here on. Cammie > i found seeing other people's progress really helps in getting through > this whole process.
