Eyes: Eye wide open - Eye wide shut ;-)

Well... What would a day be without a new post and question from

Pula? I'll start with a less serious one, then post the more serious

one - at least in my sight - no pun intended :-)

Hi All.

Trivial question.

Anyone have anything really interesting going on with the eye

presentation itself?

My wife first noticed it a month or so ago.

We were at a show at Branson, and she thought I was awake, but I was

asleep – with my eye open.

On our recent trip, she noticed again that I would appear to be

awake, and concentrating hard. Only way she knew I was asleep was

that I didn't respond to questions – or blink.

Today, again, my family noticed that my eye was open while watching a

movie. What was interesting, was that my wife saw on my left that my

eye was open. My daughter, sitting on my right, noticed that my

right eye was closed.

Eye wide open – eye wide shut ;-)

I've noted for months now – going on one year, some oddities in my

eyes. My neuro-ophtho said that my eyes were excessively dry.

However, I seem to have noticed more and more problems –

mechanically – even with my one eye not wanting to work nearly as

well (closing, opening slowly) – the same one that was closed today –

while the other was open.

Thanks for any input. Just thought this was more oddness. Of

course, it all probably fits with the autonomic neuropathy line.

Pablo – but not Picasso.
