Guest guest
Lou, my b/p flips around a lot, after I eat or if I get too tired (stay up too late). I have an OMRON I about wore it out for a while until I got a 'feel' for where I was. Meat is so hard for me, I have cut way down and on anything else I've figured is hard for me to digest. I've gone from 46/3l to 235/134. Now, I'm more around ll3/67, I don't seem to get as low as often. Now if I notice it rising, I try standing (about 2 - 3 comercials on TV is a good measure) and it comes down again. Vera, thanks so much for sharing your searchs, they are so interesting. Ray, dogs can be such a help. We have a 3 yr. old Dane we've worked with a little and Chessa is so good. Dodie in MO
