Guest guest
Yes, Sue, Regina and a bowling ball. Actually, probably one of the few places that I'm actually safe in these days. Throw a 14 lb. bowling ball like it was a softball. Tim says the pins jump out of the way in fear. LOL Been bowling since I'm 5. It was the only game I could play that didn't require me to speak English. My mother didn't speak Italian so it was easy to show me what to do by my mother pointing to other people and for me to copy them. It must have been hysterical to outsiders watching the two of us try to communicate. It was a real bonding thing for the two of us and we always shared that until she got too sick to bowl anymore. So, off to the bowling alley on New Year's Eve with our two kids and a bunch of other ones. At least we all speak English now. : ) I'm sure at some point in the evening being surrounded by 12 children that I'll wish I didn't speak English. I promise I'll be careful. Thanks for the laugh Sue, I needed it. Regina
