I send you birthday wishes of happy bowels and kidneys and more wishes for the aches and pains and cramps and twitches and tingles to give you a much deserved day off. I wish you no nausea upon eating your birthday cake and blood pressure to actually stay within a normal range for a day. I also wish you a peaceful night with warm and fuzzy happy dreams when you decide to put this magnificent day to rest. Happy Birthday .
