At least you might ask them. they had a conference there that I attended that was about PET scans and what they show in Parkinson's and Schizophrenia. It was a couple of years ago, but it was very interesting. I teach a class out there, and I will see what I can find out for you. Guest guest Posted July 26, 2002 Report Share Posted July 26, 2002 Thank you Darlene, Even after the exaustion from the trip, I am so excited about everyone coming to visit tomorrow that I have been on the internet and reading the posts (with one eye so as not to see two of them) all morning. I am so far behind on everything. talked to our case manager at CIGNA and she told him if we can find a place that has the capability of doing a F-DOPA PET scan, she will get it approved. I sure am going to miss her when she quits her job with them next month.
