Seeking an Outstanding Boston Surgeon

Living in the Boston area, there exists an abundance of oral and

maxilofacial specialists, especially with all the teaching hospitals

here. My question is this: Can anyone recommend a Boston oral

surgeon who can competently extend my lower jaw? I realize all

surgery entails risks, but I am looking for someone with an

outstanding reputation whose former patients swear by (not at!).
