I have been trying to get a job for a year, they just tell me they found a better fit. If it weren't for the fact of the possible lawsuits if they tell the truth, we would be able to find out why. But the lawyers advise against being specific, so we will never know. With me, I am pretty sure it is my age. Is there a cooworker brave enough to tell you what went wrong. I knew an accountant a long time ago who could get a job with the major accounting firms because his name was Rocky. If they said this to him today, he would be able to sue them.
