For Kids... mine is 5 and most class mates are 5 and 6

Ok, here goes -- you stick grilled chicken (yes, it is easy to grill a

skinless chicken) in bite size pieces on a platter with those toothpicks

that have the frilly bright colored plastic on the end and they eat that for

a " TREAT " !!! The Kids LOVE it....

Put a slice of grilled chicken on a dinner plate and my kid wouldn't touch

it!!! Honest truth -- presentation is everything???

Make sandwiches with healthy turkey and cheese innards, roll them up, slice

them, stick a pretty toothpick in it and the kids clean the plate -- try

doing it finger sandwich style and they won't touch it -- go figure!!!???

Other ideas mom's and dads? Think now, how do you make those " healthy

foods " appear to be treats??? Make oatmeal cookies instead of chocolate

chip? Can buy both pre-made and stick in the oven ~smile~ tell them they

can't have any and they will want them all... it is the way a kid thinks...

Hugz all and good luck with all these kids,

~denise
