Did CoQ10 = help with Parkinson's? I have recently been diagnosed with Parkinson's. I have read about CoQ10 possibly helping Parkinson's but no recommended amount has been mentioned. Do you know what a beneficial amount would be to take? Thank you. Ann answer a study not yet published suggests that co enzyme q10 in a dose of 1200 mg per day brand name vitelline may slow the progression of pd it does not help the symptoms abe lieberman
