I order my favorite drinks online, and have them shipped directly to my

office, where I put 5 cans in the fridge every Friday afternoon so I can

drink one a day the following week. Current favorites are the Myoplex

Chocolate and the Ultra-Pure Protein frosty chocolate (Ultra Pure is slightly

less bio-available, but tastier and more grams per serving, so I figure it

balances out).

Be careful of the Ultra Pure Protein. I used that for the first year post-op

and my protein levels dropped. Recently they have changed it also, so that now

it is not even as good(bioavailability-wise) as it was before.

Yah, well, that's what I'd do too. Only it'd be Pro-V 60's chocolate thunder,

the ONLY nice thick shake out there even if u make it with 6 oz water.

By the way, I discovered the other day that WARM water is not a good idea. I

know well enuf not to use hot, bcuz of the degradation issue, but I got a bad

tub with not enuf emulsifier or something, and it wasn't mixing and

dissolving too easily. I recalled that whenever I take water with me to mix a

shake in the car and the water gets really cold from sitting in an unheated

car, the shake never mixes quite as well as when I get it cold just from the

tap. So, big brain here thinks: maybe if I mix it with warm water it will

dissolve better. NOT. I use a Tupperware shaker to shake it up in, and with

the FIRST shake, the darned thing literally exploded! The lid popped loose

and I had chocolate shake ALL over my kitchen walls, countertops, sink,

stove, floor. God WHAT a mess! But, hey, that shake was nearly as thick as

the ones you used to get at the drugstore soda fountain when you were a kid.

Umm, what was left of it in the shaker, that is.

Just thought I should warn y'all 'case u ever get the same idea..........

I do hope you mean 100 grams and not 100 milligrams................
