Guest guest Posted June 16, 2004 Report Share Posted June 16, 2004 For those of you on a liquid diet, as I still am...I found the following fabulous treats: --Yoplait Light (smooth) in great flavors - Apple Turnover (tastes just like it!), White Chocolate Strawberry, Boston Cream Pie, Orange Cream, Strawberry Orange Sunrise, yummmy. --Jello Fat Free Pudding Snacks in Vanilla Caramel Sundae flavor...so good! --Jello Pudding in Banana Cream Pie flavor. This is my 7th week on this liquid diet...anyone who wants to share their great food finds...please post...I'm running out of ideas...and I still have 1 more week left! Thanks. One of my favorite meals so to speak (quick and easy) was canned chili. In the blender with a little water for the right consistency. I know that it wasn't the healthiest thing to eat due to the high sodium, but I needed some spice, I was tired of ensure, and smoothie-fruit type drinks.
