Guest guest
I don't have insomnia, and I have not tried this remedy. But recalling all the posts about this problem a few weeks ago, thought I would share this piece of info: Place the index and middle finger of your left hand on the inside of your right wrist, three finger-widths below the crease of your wrist Do this while u are seated comfortably. Press gently and hold this position for up to 3 minutes; and then release. Switch hands and repeat. This is one of the most powerful and sleep-promoting points in Oriental medicine. If u doubt that it works, u can try it tonite, just b4 u go to sleep. Many have reported being amazed and have stopped taking tranquilizers, sleeping pills, anti-depressants. If you're interested in other pressure points for relieving tiredness, anxiety, hot flashes, hypoglycemia, food allergies, and digestive problems, I can refer u to the info source.
