Guest guest Posted January 2, 2003 Report Share Posted January 2, 2003 I do make a daily trip to the scale, as I find that keeps me on my toes as to what is going on with me.....the numbers do not lie. I have a top weight that I do not allow myself to exceed. Once I get to that place, I go back to my liquids...protein shakes and a bit of fruit for a few days...and I'm good to go again. So far, this is working for me. I believe this is what thin people do. They, excuse the word... " diet " on those days that they have to...and *moderately* enjoy themselves the rest of the time. I'm finding it works for me. I love fitting in the same clothes month after month, and year after year...and I plan to continue. Going to the store and picking up a pair of size 6 jeans and not even trying them on...KNOWING that they will fit...is wonderful. I did that today. No food can ever taste that good!
