Everyone being different... I was told no gym / hard activity for at least 8

weeks. As for being drained, I'm at my 3 rd week and energy is almost back

to normal. Normal, that is, if I could eat normally. Considering I'm still on

a liquid diet, I'm doing great (I think..!!)
