Guest guest Posted August 4, 2002 Report Share Posted August 4, 2002 Hi all, (Fordy) Ford is in the hospital again, here is the note I received from Jess his daughter (age 10) today: " went into Bega hospital on Sunday 28th and on Tuesday he was air lifted to Canberra because he has pneumonia again. " For those of you who don't know Fordy, he lives in Wolumla, NSW, Australia. He is married to and they have a daughter Jess who is 10. He has two sons by a previous marriage. I visited them all in early May along with my visit to Aussie Anne. has MSA and was proceeding much like Charlotte had when he first came on the list about April, 1999, he wrote daily then. That fall he got bladder cancer on top of MSA and has gone downhill rapidly since. He got a PEG several months before I visited them and was still able to walk with help then also. still writes occasionally as she is very busy with him. My guess is that she is in Canberra and asked Jess to write, Jess only knows me. Please add him, and Jess to your prayers.
