Glucerna instead of Ensure

I had no luck with the Ensure. It is pretty full of sugar. After I

drank one I would be starving and my stomache would start to rumble.

I believe the sugar gets your appetite going but because you can't

chew, you can't satisfy the hunger.

I tried Glucerna. Its by the same company as Ensure, only it's made

for people with Diabetes so it is much lower in sugar and carbs. It

really made a difference for me. I felt my hunger was satisifed after

one. Only stay away from the Butter Pecan flavor - what a gagger.

Vanilla, Chocolate and Strawberry were available at my grocery store

and Walgreens.
