Dr. Buckner and I are working on some important stuff for the foundation now. We will have lots of info for you from her and some other experts we are talking too. can't wait to share with you, when its all done. Just know that this great foundation has been working a lot behind the scenes to bring you the BEST foundation on RP you could ever find. We appreciate all of our members, we will keep you informed as soon as possible. Thank you for being a member of our team in the fight for a cure of RP. Thank you for all the work you've done. I know how hard you have worked and I want you to know how much we all appreciate it...!! The worst is over now, so let's go celebrate!!!! Come on everyone...!!! I knew we could do it and now its done. I too would like to thank not only Lu, but all the rest of the people who have made this possible... There has been a lot of hard work behind the scenes and it would not have been possible without all of us. Thank you too to all of the group members who have sent donations. Without those, we wouldn't have come as far as we have. Now we have the important stuff to get going...Brochures, fundraisers, awareness to the doctors and Research. Dr Buckner and the other doctors that are willing to work with us will benefit and be of great help to us... We still need those donations coming in, so if you really want to make a difference, just send it in to me...Believe me, we are only getting started, butI know we will make a big difference!!! I will shut up for now since I've already sent a zillion posts but I just couldn't pass this one up.... A BIG Thank you and lots of hugs to LU!!!! Lu has been slaving over these tax exempt papers for months now. I'm sure you all know that dealing with anything to do with the IRS is complicated and Lu and been a real trooper and never gave up, even though, I'm sure she felt like it quite a few times. Having our tax exempt status will really help the foundation. All donations can be taken off of your taxes after our exempt status is approved, so the more you give, the more you can take off!!!!!!!!!! Please everyone, give Lu a great big THANK YOU for all of her hard work. I don't know what we would do without her. THANK YOU LU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
